Unlike Estate Sale, we take multiple photographs of each item, write a detailed description, create a complete Online catalog. We post your auction on multiple Auction sites. We offer preview by appointment, buyers bid Online. We Handle Th Pickup Scheduling For Buyers to Pickup Items they have won.

Pickup
You will receive a separate email from Shipping Saints within the hour of auction closing. There you MUST schedule pickup date and time or request shipping. Once you choose date and time you will get the pickup address.
Winning bidders that do not pick up during posted dates and times will be charged a $10 PER LOT fee on smalls and $100 PER LOT fee on Furniture and Large Items. All items will be considered abandoned.
Shipping
Only items marked Shipping Available in catalog will be shipped. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to contact you for total cost of packing and shipping. We will email and text you a shipping cost invoice. We do our own shipping, never a 3rd Party. We utilize ShippingSaint as our software provider. Shipping Rates have GONE WAY UP, we ALWAYS ship the cheapest way, whether it be: USPS, FedEx, UPS, UPSSurePost, DHL or other options. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE! We charge a minimum of $5 to pack PLUS cost of box(s) & materials PLUS postage. Postage is based upon WEIGHT and SIZE and is NOT based on what you pay for a lot. PLEASE consider this BEFORE bidding. Our intention is to always over protect your items with Bubble wrap, peanuts or what ever it takes. Please allow 2 weeks.

We conduct an "open house" style Estate Sale for a complete household liquidation, ringing each item on an electronic cash register. We always issue payment to you within 72 hours. COMPLETE CLEAN OUT AFTER
We can quote a price to leave your property broom clean once your Estate Sale or Online Estate Auction is complete. BEWARE of companies that quote a clean out ahead of time. The reason we wait until the end is we need to know what is left to clean out. Our sell through Rate is 90%! We have found some times we just take a few garbage bags to the street. Our price is totally based on what needs to be done AFTER your SALE/AUCTION is complete. NOT BEFORE! How do they do that??
