We offer preview by appointment, buyers bid on-line. The buyers then pick up their purchases under our supervision at your location.
You will receive a separate eMail from Shipping Saints within the hour of auction closing. There you MUST schedule pickup or request shipping. That email will have pickup address.
Please allow us up to 5-7 Business days to contact you for total cost of packing and shipping. We will email and text you a shipping cost invoice. We provide reasonable rates. Most of our packing and shipping charges are $30 or under, but it depends on the size, weight, value, and what goes into packing the item(s), as well as, where it is being shipped to.

We conduct an "open house" style Estate Sale for a complete household liquidation, ringing each item on an electronic cash register. We always issue payment to you within 72 hours. With this option we conduct a Live Auction on your property with our Certified Auctioneer. We can quote a price to leave your property broom clean once Estate Sale or Online Estate Auction is complete.
The reason we wait until then is we need to know what is left to clean out. Some companies quote a clean out ahead of time. We have found some times we just take a few garbage bags to the street and other we need a dumpster. Our price is totally based on what needs to be done.
